Annotation:

The problem of assessing the integrated efficiency of the current activities of domestic oil refineries is considered. The above-mentioned express assessment methodology includes indicators of economic, environmental and production efficiency. Rationing of indicators: is based on expert surveys and allows taking into account the level of the estimated indicators by a monotonous transformation of measurement scales. The algorithm of efficiency indicators calculation includes four stages: formation of the objects primary data; scoring indicators; calculation of integral indicators; building a benchmarking chart. The calculation of the resulting integral indicator makes it possible to rank the enterprises being assessed, to identify inefficient directions of activity, to determine priority directions for improving the operational and strategic efficiency of production facilities. The results obtained can be used for assessing the effectiveness of the operation and compiling a national rating of oil refineries in the Russian Federation.
