Annotation:

Since the institutionalization of educational activities, the society has been constantly searching for more effective forms of organizing and managing the educational process. In conditions of transfer to a new technological order, a new organizational form has emerged that contributes to the accumulation, simplification and dissemination of new knowledge, namely, a technological platform. In modern conditions, the technological platforms emergence has made it possible to develop the education system in a new management paradigm of the educational process organization. At a new stage of the evolution development, the solution of the problem of ensuring the permanent actualization of students' competencies in a changing environment cannot be solved within the limited framework of a separate university. The condition for success in the XXI century was the replacement of the philosophy of competition by the philosophy of cooperation between all subjects whose activities are aimed at the formation and continuous development of new knowledge. The philosophy of cooperation in the modern business environment is implemented on the basis of an ecosystem approach. The article attempts to objectify the concept of the ecosystem in relation to the higher education.
