Annotation:
The article deals with the issues of digital transformation of personnel development management system in the of oil and gas companies. The business processes of the Center for innovative competencies were analyzed, the main types of losses were identified and the processes for which the introduction of digital tools can be most effective were determined. The expected effect of implementation of business processes digitalization is presented.
