Annotation:

The article discusses the main trends the world oil market development, noted, in particular, by OPEC experts. The structure of world oil exports as of 2021 is considered, the shares of the leading exporting countries in the total sales of raw materials are determined. The role of the Russian Federation in the formation of the world crude oil market is separately characterized, the key trading partners of our country and the dynamics of oil exports volumes in the period from January 2020 to January 2022 are considered. The probable scenario of transformation of the Russian oil industry in conditions of geopolitical instability is characterized.
