Annotation:

The article is devoted to the problems of methodological support for the scientific-technical complex restructuring of a vertically integrated oil company. Suggested: a method of the analysis and decision-making in the tasks of a company’s engineering structure organization; options of engineering services restructuring: creation of engineering centers as branches (with independent balance sheet) and as independent legal entities.
