On the prospects for the development of documentation support for the quality management system at oil and gas engineering enterprises in the context of digital transformation

Annotation:

The relevance of the article is determined by the fact that recently the issues of improving and developing the quality management system (hereinafter – QMS) in the context of digital transformation are becoming increasingly important, especially in the context of the implementation of the "Strategy for the Development of the Information Society in the Russian Federation for 2017‒2030" and the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation". The authors of the article overview the software products used to manage processes in the field of QMS as well as reveal the prospects for the application of "SMART standards". This article considers the features of documenting QMS processes in the electronic form and reflects the relationship between QMS elements that allow for effective planning of activities and stable provision of products (services) that meet customers’ requirements and applicable legislative and regulatory requirements. The article is addressed to specialists involved in the development, implementation and documentation of QMS processes at oil and gas enterprises, as well as students of educational institutions and teaching staff.
