Annotation:
The article presents dynamics of penetration volume by oil companies and in Russia in general, penetration in horizontal and vertical drilling is made. The effectiveness of industrial-economic activity of the biggest drilling companies and drilling works in Russia is evaluated. The main business-processes for increasing drilling works effectiveness are revealed. Drilling of oil and gas wells is one of the biggest segments of oil and gas service market. The most important peculiarity of business-processes management in service organizations is the efficiency increase of own production and of customer’s service. Thus, due to this fact, commercial effectiveness of modified drilling fluids used for a formation productive opening that allow preserving and increasing wells flow rates and new cement liquids preparation technologies are evaluated. These business processes often require cost increase by drilling companies, but allow extending overhaul period of a well operation, decreasing oil production costs as well as increasing profit of oil producing companies.
