Annotation:
The restructuring of the scientific-technical complex, which makes it possible to provide a comprehensive account of the scenario conditions for ensuring the engineering of vertically-integrated oil companies (VIOC), is one of the most difficult processes of the company's management. The article presents a strategic planning model that allows identifying the most important ways to further improvement of technological strategies. The results obtained in the course of the study make it possible to determine the advantages and disadvantages of alternative options for the long-term development of VIOC engineering, in addition, in parallel, to take into account the scenarios of the company’s scientific-technical improvement. The strategic aspect of corporate scientific-technical activities modernization is outlined and studied, and the principles of organizational-managerial decisions analysis are presented, taking into account the potential of strategic decision-makings informatization.
