Annotation:

The introduction of professional standards into personnel management has set large companies the task of creating an infrastructure for independent assessment of qualifications and determining priority categories of personnel for its implementation. Taking into account the specifics of the industry, production in oil and gas companies often goes beyond the main technological processes related to the search, production, processing of hydrocarbons and their delivery to the consumer. The organizers of the independent qualification assessment should take into account the existing industry realities and peculiarities of the functioning of oil and gas enterprises when developing the current personnel assessment model.
