Criteria of evaluation of technological solutions efficiency when developing hydrocarbon fields

Annotation:

The assessment of the qualitative and quantitative composition of the mineral resource base is associated with a continuous process of developing the methodological foundations of a technical and economic assessment, in which an important role is played by the selection and justification of the most optimal technological solutions of the hydrocarbon reserves development. The article considers the approved criteria for choosing the recommended option when assessing the effectiveness of the hydrocarbon fields development; provides an overview of criticisms of the indicator by industry experts; proposed a selection criterion for the recommended development option. The criterion ensures the implementation of the basic requirements for rational subsoil use in the oil and gas sector of the economy.
