Annotation:

The wide variety of purchased products is one of the features that increase the complexity of managing the procurement activities of oil and gas companies. The article considers practical experience of managing the supply processes by purchased nomenclature unification. Optimal model range building methodology is described on the basis of the analysis of economic entities nomenclature needs. The methodology is based on the unique method of power series dispersion of model ranges taking into account modification repeatability. The article presents a detailed algorithm of building an optimal model rage on the example of rubble. The results obtained serve the basis for the development of the institute of a long-term contracting, allow reducing the overall costs in the supply chain and increasing the reliability of managing the supply processes of capital construction projects.
