Some specific features of forming an effective organization of business processes development in the oil and gas complex

Annotation:

The article discusses strategic alternatives for the development of companies, entering the oil and gas complex, the competitiveness of which depends on the correct choice of business process management strategy, including auxiliary ones. The oil and gas complex has been and remains a strategically important sector of the country’s national economy, for many years significantly contributing to the Russian budget replenishment and being the basis of the stability and progressive development of the economy of the Russian Federation as a whole. The current economic situation in which oil companies operate is characterized by instability and uncertainty, so it is very important to highlight the industry specific features that affect the organization of business processes in the oil and gas industry. The authors of the article discuss the possibilities of using a process approach to oil and gas companies management, analyzing the state of the oil and gas industry in Russia in the context of the instability of stock markets, the coronavirus pandemic and assessing the prospects for its development with an emphasis on the formation of an effective organization for the development of business processes in the oil and gas complex.
