Technical-economic efficiency of creating a technological park of automobile chemical goods in the Russian Federation

Annotation:
The article considers the technical-economic efficiency of investing the technological park construction project for creation and production of automobile chemical goods. The trend of creating technological parks in the country is analyzed. The automotive chemicals market in the Russian Federation, taking into account the classification of automobile chemicals by groups: detergents, cleaning, polishing, protective, operating, sealing, auxiliary is analyzed. Some proposals for capital investments into the technological park of auto chemicals are given, taking into account the calculated material balance for the technological park. The trends of stepwise growth of operating costs are similar to the dynamics of production volumes and revenue from selling products of automobile chemicals technological park. The outflows of the project are: capital investments, taxes (land tax, transport tax, property tax and income tax), payroll with contributions to extra-budgetary funds, costs of materials (raw materials, fuel, reagents and catalysts), repair and warranty service costs and others. The evaluation of the project investments effectiveness was carried out according to two options: the first option was made subject to constant prices; the second one is taking into account the rate of inflation. The creation of auto chemicals technological park in the Russian Federation is one of the opportunities to increase import substitution in the country as well as technical and economic efficiency of other industries and service markets.
