Supply system management in the context of digital transformation

Annotation:
The author of the article studies transformation processes in the procurement system and considers stages and phases of digitalization of the supply business process. The author analyzes technologies that shape the future of procurement, technologies that can change the existing approaches to supply chain management, increase the reliability of the supply system. Thus, the author of the article considers artificial intelligence, the internet of things, cloud services, digital platforms and their application in the supply system. Studying the experience of Russian companies in terms of the procurement system digital transformation made it possible to determine the main trends, highlight the most promising and popular solutions. An important issue raised by the author is approaches to assessing the digital maturity of the procurement system as a quantitative indicator that allows assessing the current level of the system development, defining target indicators, monitoring dynamics and analyzing results. The approach proposed by the author can be finalized and adapted to the needs of a particular company, which increases its practical significance.
