Keywords: “Ice Silk Road”, strategic partnership between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China, Northern Sea Route, Arctic region

Annotation:

The Arctic territory has always been a zone of geopolitical, economic and political interest of states, including both Arctic powers with direct access to the Arctic Ocean and states that proclaim themselves as "near-Arctic" powers and claim their right to the extraction and use of Arctic minerals. The development of the "Ice Silk Road" at the global level is of mutually beneficial interest both on the part of Russia and China. The development of an alternative logistics route "Ice Silk Road", based on the navigation of the Northern Sea Route, is a mutual interest of the two world powers, which will benefit from the successful implementation of the export corridor.
