Annotation:

In the context of large-scale geopolitical and economic shocks that the world is experiencing today, there occurs a large-scale reconfiguration of economic ties, trade flows and, in general, established economic relations between individual countries and regions. Russia finds itself at the epicenter of ongoing changes, and the new balance of power in the energy markets fully reflects the emerging trends. In these conditions, Russia’s relationship with the so-called "Global South", which includes a number of developing countries that play an increasingly significant role on the world stage, is becoming increasingly important for it. The main challenge in this context is the formation of a thoughtful, well-systematized model of relations with each interested country in the Global South, the gradual building and structuring of these relations in the interests of both parties.
