Analysis of the FEC enterprises activities in the region and possibilities for optimizing business processes of oil and gas companies

Annotation:

The article is based on the results of the economic activities analysis of oil and gas industry enterprises as part of the fuel and energy complex (FEC) at the regional level. The possibilities of optimizing business processes of the Chechen Republic oil and gas companies were also analyzed. The authors noted that the analysis is of important socio-economic significance, since the economic activities of oil and gas industry enterprises contribute to the development of integration processes in related areas of the oil and gas complex. The article presents the features of the oil and gas complex development in the Chechen Republic, which for many decades was the system-forming core of the Republic's industry, a generator of scientific-technical progress in the field of hydrocarbon production and processing, mechanical engineering, and instrument making. The authors of the article concluded that in order to maintain indicators at the proper level, business processes should be optimized, especially with regard to measures for production intensification and hydrocarbon deposits efficiency increase.
