Annotation:

The article describes the results of functioning of the scientific research site of the Educational Production Center under the administration of "Gazprom dobycha Krasnodar" Limited Liability Company (further on, "Gazprom dobycha Krasnodar" LLC) and the Department of Industry and Project Management of "Kuban State Technological University" (further on, NIP). Potential opportunities for further development of research sites both in the educational process and in the companies of the economics real sector are considered. The attention is focused on the role and importance of the scientific research site when realizing goals and objectives of the corporate educational system of the fuel and energy complex. Attention is paid to the dynamics of statistical indicators of key personnel processes in "Gazprom dobycha Krasnodar" LLC, the main factors influencing these indicators are analyzed and options for minimizing negative trends in personnel processes are considered. The effectiveness and efficiency of attracting students from educational organizations and participants of the NIP to participate in a series of studies conducted in the Society on various aspects of personnel management is analyzed, solving the problems of improving staff motivation and researching their loyalty. A model of interaction between educational organizations and industrial enterprises of the real sector of the economy in conditions of NIP work is proposed in order to initiate scientific research and scientific practical activities, develop professional and personal competencies of students.
