Profitability of transition from coal fuel to liquefied natural gas in hard-to-reach areas

Annotation:

In the modern world, the desire to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and increase energy efficiency stimulates the development of alternative forms of fuel energy. One of the most promising directions now is the transition from traditional sources such as coal to clean alternative ones, including liquefied natural gas (LNG). These adaptations, especially in hard-to-reach areas, offer unique opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce negative environmental impacts. The article is devoted to the study of the question of the profitability of the transition from coal fuel to LNG in hard-to-reach areas. The growing global demand for energy and strict requirements for reducing environmental impact are pushing industrial enterprises, private farms, private homes and cities to search for more efficient and environmentally sustainable energy solutions in remote regions. The article examines the key aspects of the transition from coal to LNG, identifies the factors affecting the profitability of this energy transition as well as provides analytical conclusions that contribute to making informed strategic decisions in the field of energy in hard-to-reach areas.
