Annotation:
The article is devoted to the study and development of a model for regulating the operation of the systems of active energy complexes in Russia, that use network gas from the Unified Gas Supply System of Russia, taking into account the price-dependent management of load volatility schedules for gas consumption, both by the electricity generation system itself and the industrial complex on which the generation system operates. The article studies specific features of the technological and organizational structure of low-power generator systems functioning both separately and as a part of models of active energy complexes. The parameters of graphs characteristics of network natural gas consumption volatility by small-scale energy systems, regional thermal power plants and industrial complexes are being studied, identifying the emphasized characteristics of gas consumption unevenness, similar in form to the parameters. The article presents the results of the author's analysis of factors influencing the volatility characteristics of network natural gas consumption by an active energy complex system. The schemes of the influence factors have been developed, which are divided into external and internal ones, such as prices, characteristics of gas demand, system limitations and capabilities of the gas supply system, modes of natural gas consumption by the enterprise and the generator. A mathematical analysis of pricing models for purchasing natural gas by industrial complexes within the framework of regional contracts and in the commodity exchange is presented, highlighting the high dependence on the characteristics of daily uneven gas consumption schedules. Within the framework of regional contracts, examples are given of the formation of volumes and prices of natural gas above-limit consumption, using increasing factors. The developed model of adaptive regulation of the active energy systems operation in Russia allows for simultaneous control of the operating schedule of distributed generation and the operating schedule of gas-consuming equipment, taking into account all components of natural gas cost. The possibilities of optimizing the cost of natural gas consumption and modeling of various electricity generation schedules according to the criteria of minimizing the cost of natural gas purchases and the selection of the optimal operating mode of equipment according to the criteria of economic efficiency, system reliability and technological stability, which allows obtaining the greatest effect from management are being analyzed.
