Study of the processes of posts and professions transformation at the "another form" work market: the super reality of industrial companies in the digital environment

Annotation:

The current stage of social-economic development is characterized by a super high level of innovative technologies, which significantly affects the personnel qualification and professional activities, including those ones employed in the fuel and energy complex. The authors of the article state that within the framework of the current situation with social and labor relations at the labor market, new professions and positions were formed in the digital environment, including the required and very important ones for the oil and gas industry. The authors of the article summarized and considered the key trends in the use and distribution of this type of professions in oil and gas companies. In addition, it was also determined, that today in oil and gas companies of Russia there is a high proportion of specialists, not possessing relevant practical skills, due to which in the course of their preparation and retraining, a special role is given to increasing the requirements for vocational training and further development, in which they will obtain the required digital competencies.
