Frontiers of synchronous development of social and labor flows system in the oil and gas sector

Annotation:

The process of working-out "development frontiers" objectively reveals the necessity of an integration approach application to social and labor flows management as a fairly dynamic resource in the energy sector. The authors of the article examine the methodological aspects of the synchronous development of the social and labor flow system. Using this methodology, it becomes possible to comprehensively assess each of the flows under consideration, determine significant parameters, compare, diagnostic trends and types of development. The necessity has been outlined of developing and implementing an integrated system for managing social-labor flows in the energy sector through targeted regulation of human resources flow. The developed system of indicators allows for a comprehensive analysis of flows and optimization of them in accordance with target frontier criteria.
