The author of the article examines the architecture of climate "green" financing, its organization at the global level as well as the tools best suited to achieve the goals of reaching hydrocarbon neutrality (Net Zero) by 2050, established by the Paris Agreement of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. The system of international institutions that ensure the operation of the global "green" finance system is analyzed, including the regulation of norms, the creation of financing procedures, the selection and evaluation of climate projects, the search for investors and the creation of effective financial mechanisms. Key financial instruments are identified and the dynamics of their application in the context of their intended use is shown. The shortage of funding at the global level to achieve the goals of the climate agenda has been identified. The taxonomy of "green" financing has been compiled.
