Dynamic assessment system for the selection contractors in oil and gas projects

Annotation:

The author of the article considers the methodology for developing a contractor selection system for oil and gas projects the implementation. The effectiveness of using cosourcing and multisourcing methods when implementing oil and gas projects is substantiated. The reasons for the insolvency and low efficiency of most of the company valuation methods used are described. A system has been developed for dynamic assessment of the contractor's compliance with the design requirements of vertically integrated oil companies (VIOC). The mechanism of the assessment system operation is presented, based on dividing requirements into groups in accordance with the probability and impact matrix. The applicability of Harrington's desirability function in assessing oil service companies is substantiated. A list of measures has been proposed the implementation of which ensures the developed methodology’s support to the sustainable development of vertically integrated oil companies, increase of contractors selection efficiency, reduces risks as well as increase the transparency of this process. The influence of the contractor's assessment system on the implementation of the company's strategic plans is considered. The strategic benefits of integrating a contractor's dynamic assessment system is analyzed.
