Annotation:
The authors of the article consider the oil industry influence on the federal budget of Russia and analyze the dynamics of oil tax revenues. The authors of the article also highlight the impact of sanctions, changes of methods for calculating the tax price of oil and the possibility of failure to achieve budgeted key indicators. Particular attention is paid to the multiplier effect of oil taxes on the country's economy and the international aspects of competition associated with the tax burden and the increase of production capacity in the Gulf countries.
