Annotation:
The authors of the analyze the current favorable conditions for the formation of a new oil trading architecture and transport and logistics infrastructure within the framework of the BRICS+ association as well as the opportunities and prospects for Russia to use these global trends for strengthening Russia’s energy security. In the context of the US trade war and anti-Russian sanctions, growing volatility and uncertainty, Russia should initiate the creation of the Unified Energy Exchange as a source for price benchmarks formation.
