Analysis of the impact of factors on Russia's oil refining, taking into account import independence

Annotation:

The authors of the article analyze the factors affecting Russia's oil refining industry, including technological, legislative, political, economic, environment and force majeure ones. The analysis takes into account the technical and economic impact of import substitution processes on products and technologies in the processing of hydrocarbon raw materials. The dynamics and structure of volume, processing, and production of key petroleum products, as well as the depth of refining, as a result of the influence of various factors on Russia's oil refining industry, are studied in the article The analysis of the export specific features of the modern oil product market is an important channel for the implementation and revenue generation of oil and gas companies and the state. The indicators of oil and gas condensate processing in the Russian Federation in 2018-2023, broken down by oil refineries and companies, illustrate the impact of factors on the country's oil refining industry.
