Annotation:

The authors of the article present a detailed analysis of the geoeconomics of the resurgent regionalism in Europe. It substantiates the prerequisites and potential for the revival of Turkey, Hungary and Poland as regional powers. The geo-economic strategies of these countries are analyzed in view of historical revenge. Based on the analysis of the factors of European regionalism, conclusions are made and scenarios of these strategies implementation are assessed, taking into account the consequences for the Russian oil and gas complex. It is substantiated that economic growth in Poland leads to a weakening of Russia's position in the European energy sector, while the strengthening of Turkey has both positive aspects and poses threats to Russia. The strengthening of Hungarian regionalism is positive for Russia and its energy influence in Europe. It is also substantiated that European regionalism as a whole carries a positive charge for the Russian oil and gas business in Europe, since it hinders European centrism.
