Annotation:

The article reviews the achievements of Russian Gubkin State University of Oil & Gas scho- lars in the field measuring multi-phase flows in well production. The basics of the patented spectrometric method of measuring phase flow in a compound multiphase flow are described. Data-measuring systems, based on the spectrometric method, for well operating mode control are considered. Perspectives for improvement and management of field development using the system are shown.
