The relevance of the issue of the change of the paradigm in the global approach to talent management, of the interconnection between talent management and «new economy» as well as that of the fact that talents may be «genuine» and «wild» and that talent pool is a purely Russian idea and how the ideology of talent management has changed in today's industry and business is hardly doubtful, since there are many discussions of the subject under way both in this country and overseas. The matter is, that there recently has been a certain shift in this subject. What was the paradigm in talent management in the world up till now?
