Annotation:
In the long-term period the tank farm enterprise can provide its competitive advantages by increase in level of service of the exporting and importing oil extracting companies. The important and actual problem − is perfection of methods of an estimation of efficiency of investments into development of oil products tank parks of sea terminals. To solve this problem the author developed the organizational-economic model of functioning of the sea terminal and math model of a choice of its tanks parameters.
