Annotation:

Nowadays there are lots of different project portfolio construction techniques. However there is not any one which takes into consideration international large-scale oil and gas project features. This paper describes LNG-project portfolio construction technique under uncertainty. The new technique enables to take into account projects' goal orientation and their interaction within portfolio; real option existence and high level of geopolitical, market, technogeneous, organizational, environmental risks; resource and time constraints
