Annotation:
New systems of motivating and reimbursing company staff to attract and retain valuable assets as well as improve their performance are being actively sought. One of these is the KPI reimbursement system, which can form the main share of the staff comprehensive income effecting the labor productivity and achievement of objectives. The article covers the essence of the KPI system development, the conditions necessary for its effective introduction and the experience of its operation
