Annotation:

Applied aspects of effects of lithofacies characteristics of cross-section, fracture tectonics, disjunctive sedimentation on the process of identifying and evaluating geofluid pressures in oil and gas bearing cross sections are presented as exemplified by West Siberian fields. The results obtained from detailed study of pore pressure distributions in West Siberian fields show that even under the conditions of complicated geological structures it is possible to evaluate objectively the geofluid dynamic systems and thus to increase the efficiency of geological prospecting and further drilling
