Annotation:

Quantitative models of logging facies of carbonate rocks and methods of their application for facial analysis are considered. Logging genetic models are based on the estimates of lithology, porosity and oil saturation of carbonate deposits using logging data. The importance of study of secondary transformations of carbonate rocks is stressed. Examples of applying the offered method of facial interpretation of logging materials of complicated carbonate cross sections including reefs of the fields in Orenburg region of Kazakhstan and those in Byelorussia are presented
