Annotation:

This article describes the heuristics and algorithms for computer-assisted diagnosis of operational and technological bottlenecks in the systems of gas supply, as well as generation and study of various options for sustainable development and reconstruction of regional gas supply systems (RSS). These allow implementing long-term plans of gas supply to consumers unlike currently operating systems. The above algorithms are based on multivariate modeling modes of RSS, situational analysis of the factors that lead to the emergence of operational and technological bottlenecks in RSS, heuristic methods for automating the process of formation of the options of reconstruction and development of RSS in order to eliminate the bottlenecks.
