Annotation:

Professionally meaningful qualities of managers and specialists of the main transport facilities were estimated with the help of psycho-diagnostic tests. The possibility of using an automated system to evaluate the vocational aptitude of managers and specialists of OOO «Gazprom transgaz Samara» was considered with the aim of ensuring the safety of their production activities.
