Annotation:

The paper describes the technical solution of designing a platform for the development of the marine deposits of freezing shallow waters of the Arctic Ocean and considers prerequisites for this study. The estimated loads are calculated; a conclusion on the applicability of the considered structures under these conditions, as well as the necessary arrangements for this is made.
