Annotation:

The article presents analysis of the oil and gas industry in Russia, a review of the prospects of the industry, and proposes the process of formulation of general corporate and innovation strategies of the company, depending on the changes in the external and internal conditions of their operation, in coordination and cooperation with the scientific community of high school.
