Annotation:

The relevance and the main directions of the strategic approach to the challenges of management of a company technological development are shown. The conceptual provisions of technological strategy are considered. Recommendations on the development of a strategic portfolio of technologies are formulated. A model of strategic technological management, covering the cycle of preparation and implementation of strategic, process-oriented solutions is proposed.
