Annotation:

The article shows the possibility of designing the main oil pipeline i.e. determining the combination of numerical values of the key parameters, adjusting these to the desired commercial values (costs) of the project. The principle of solving the problem is the extended set and ranges of variations of parameters and arguments of the cost function.
