Annotation:

A new approach to the problem of multi-criteria evaluation of options for the development of oil and gas fields on the basis of analytical networks method is proposed. It is shown that basing on the recommendations of the Rules for formulating project documents for development of oil and gas deposits and using the analytical networks method the best alternative of oil and gas field development variant can be reasonably computed using rigorous mathematical methods.
