Annotation:

The article focuses on the problem of determining the excess air ratio for a low-emission combustion chamber. The main purpose of the article is to select and determine the optimal method for calculating the excess air ratio. The material and technical base as well as activities carried out in the course of gas analysis are described. The result of gas analysis is the component composition of the mixture. The effectiveness of the methods used to calculate the excess air ratio in the development of a low-emission combustion chamber is evaluated. A technique has been obtained that allows, for the given conditions, to determine the excess air ratio during fuel combustion in the combustion chamber.
