Annotation:

Based on the course of the state’s domestic policy in the field of import substitution, the trends in the development of the automotive industry aimed at tightening the operating mode of the internal combustion engine, and at the same time, the systems serving it, the goal is to expand the component base of domestic compounds involved in chemmotology, thereby achieving a multiple improvement in the performance characteristics of the basic engine oils. The objects of research are selected, representing the first low-tonnage industrial batch of polyalphaolefin oils of various viscosity classes (2, 4, 6, 12). As part of the work, compoundding of petroleum oil and the synthetic components under consideration was carried out in the concentration range of 5–30 % by weight (in increments of 5 % by weight). To achieve this goal, a number of modern instrumental methods were formed to implement the tasks of the work in a short time. At the end of the experimental part, the values of the main characteristics of semi-synthetic lubricant compositions were correctly interpreted. It is shown that the involvement of Russian-made synthetic components in the oil base oil positively effect the operational properties, and also contributes to the possibility of import substitution of foreign analogues.
