Methodology for determining the stress-strain state of gas pipelines operated for a long time

Annotation:

The article analyzes the features of the design and operation of gas pipelines operated for a long time, affecting their stress-strain state. It is shown that the stress-strain state of gas pipelines is one of the key factors determining the possibility of their reliable and trouble-free operation. The existing methods for determining the parameters of the stress-strain state of gas pipelines are analyzed and the methodology for determining the stress-strain state for the long time of operated gas pipelines is scientifically justified.
