Annotation:

The article describes the main technological solutions used in measuring installations (IU), the development of design from the simplest measuring tanks to modern multiphase pulse separation plants. The basic requirements for measuring devices used in the development of deposits in Western Siberia are given. The basic technological scheme of the measuring installation of the AGZU “Sputnik” is presented, a list of its main disadvantages is given. A brief chronology of the development and introduction into commercial practice of GOST R 8.615-2005 is presented, the requirements for measuring individual wells and the accuracy parameters that the measuring units must meet are given. The basic technological schemes of multiphase pulse separation measuring installations of hydrostatic and dynamic type are presented, the main approaches to improving the reliability of such installations are outlined. Information is given on the evolution of solutions used in the development of separation tanks of multiphase measuring installations, the main designs of two-tier and single-tier separators currently used for the separation of multiphase well products are presented. The features of performing measurements of wells exploiting Bazhenov deposits and other hard-to-recover hydrocarbon reserves are given. The basic technological scheme of the IU included in the project for the development of deposits of the TRIZ category is given, a drawing and technical characteristics with an explication of the nozzles of the proppant filter used in such an installation are given.
