Annotation:

The Yu.S. Kuvykin deposit is characterized by uncertainties in the geological structure and properties of fluids, which significantly affects the presence of risks and uncertainties when making design decisions. For this reason, it is especially relevant to consider all possible scenario events of field development, depending on the confirmation or non-confirmation of the geological structure and reserves of the field. The aim of the work is to propose a flexible strategy for the development of the Yu.S. Kuvykin field in the current uncertainty of geology, based on the transformation of design solutions in the case of the risks of geology and development. The work includes: analysis of the history of geological study and design of field development; analysis of risks and uncertainties; formation of a development strategy in the form of a decision tree, ensuring their flexible transformation when risks are realized; calculation of technological indicators for strategy options; formation of recommendations for asset development.
