Annotation:

The article shows the objective necessity of developing the existing system of diagnostic maintenance of technological equipment of PAO Gazprom in the field of evaluating the output indicators of gas pumping units (GPA), which directly affect the energy efficiency of gas transportation. It is proved that the development of embedded control systems in the GPA and the improvement of the methods of static processing of large data arrays will potentially improve the quality and efficiency of diagnostics. The possibility of using data from a stationary automatic control system for the needs of parametric monitoring and the impact of these data on the accuracy of estimating the available capacity of gas pumping equipment is shown on the example of the SCC-10-4. Practical aspects of the use of such systems in the process of direct operation of gas pumping units of compressor stations of main gas pipelines are shown.
