Development of submersible system to process borehole zone of wells of Krasnodar region fields

Annotation:
The share of idle wells in the fields of the Krasnodar Territory accounts for 80– 90 %. These require remediation. The most successful geological and technical measures (GTM) are considered to be the treatment of bottom-hole zones of producing wells in order to remove clay-sand plugs, to clean these up from colmatant, as well as to intensify production, with direct impact on the productive horizon i.e. reservoir structures with fluid. Well bore cleaning must also be carried out before all other GTMs: changing the pump, fishing operations, repair and insulation works. Ensuring the patency of production columns is also carried out at the initial stage of work on the liquidation of wells. The developed submersible system ensures the cleaning of well bores from plugs and simultaneous intensification of well production. The results show that the rate of oil displacement increases due to various identified mechanisms, and the interaction of generated waves with liquids in porous media causes a change in relative permeability. This technology was tested in wells, and a positive effect was achieved in all wells.
