Annotation:
The article presents a new technology for processing fuel oil using a suspended highly dispersed aluminosilicate catalyst at a heavy oil residue hydrocracking unit (SPR-1). The process of hydrocracking of fuel oil obtained from Baku oils is studied with the presence of catalysts of Az-4 (conventionally named Az-4) mineral, which is a local aluminosilicate, modified by the ion exchange method with transition metals. The main results of the study on the production of diesel fraction from the hydrocracking of heavy oil residues under low pressure are presented. Up to 57,9 % (by mass) additional light-colored oil products are obtained through the hydrocracking process of fuel oil in the presence of Az-4 and a modified catalyst. The composition and properties of the obtained diesel fraction are studied by physical-chemical methods. The structural parameters of the diesel fraction obtained in the process of hydrocracking without a catalyst and with the participation of Az-4 and its modifications Mo, Ni, as well as hydrocarbon composition and distribution of hydrogen among structural groups are determined by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. It is determined that the content of the diesel fraction is stable, the amount of aromatic and unsaturated hydrocarbons is low, and the amount of sulfur is 0,09 % by mass. Its cetane number is 54,3.
